In 2018 and 2019 Ben recorded new songs with producer Rhys Downing (Mark Ronson, Mr Jukes). The resulting sound surprised a lot of people with the introduction of horns and strings. Subsequent single releases have made him a favourite of BBC Introducing in Norfolk. Christmas Day 2022 sees Ben's first official album release with 24 tracks, most of which have not been released previously.
